Tyler has written code that flew on a satellite mission and shipped an AI app alone in six weeks. Since 2023 he has built automation and AI systems for owner-led companies in retail, ecommerce, professional services, and real estate, including one whose online orders grew sevenfold across seven locations. Having grown up watching his mother run a business, he saw the work that never made it onto anyone's job description and the nights it took to finish. That is what pulled him toward AI: systems that carry that work at the owner's standard, which he writes himself and maintains after they go live. Lilly spent nearly three years auditing companies in technology, manufacturing, real estate, retail, and hospitality. The work included meetings with management, testing how processes hold, and seeing where the controls are actually applied. Having grown up watching her father run a business, she saw how many more clients a small company could reach with the right systems behind it. That is what pulled her toward AI: one connected picture of how a company works, with controls built into it. If your systems work around each other instead of together, that is the conversation she wants to have.
